Bloom Dental Care and Irving Park Dental Center are the General Dentistry practices of Dr. Spencer Bloom.  He is a 1979 graduate of  the University of Illinois School of Dentistry and has completed many post-graduate courses in dentures, overdentures,  root canal therapy, periodontics, adult orthodontics and cosmetic dentistry.  He believes in continuously upgrading his education and keeping pace with new technology to help deliver quality care and obtain excellent results for his patients.  He delivers a very personlized service, without handing you off to subordinates or sending you out to other offices.  He believes in helping patients by fixing what needs fixing and helping them to prevent the same problems from re-occuring.  He stands behind his work.
