We accept most insurance plans and will gladly process your claim as long as you have "freedom to choose" the dentist. Dr. Bloom is not on any "lists" for dental plans that contract for cheap or high volume, clinic-style dentistry.
Insurance policies generally cover only a portion of the total treatment cost. Unless other arrangements have been made, we ask that you pay your portion of the bill at the time of treatment. It is your responsibility to pay any balance not paid by your insurance company. For co-payments and deductibles and treatment not paid by your insurance company, we have financing options offered through Capital One Healthcare Finance and Care Credit, offering 6 and 12 month interest-free financing so you can receive the dental work you need and spread out the payments with no interest fees.
Please bring your insurance card with you on your first visit. Kimbra will be very happy to process your claims and provide any payment information needed.
